Refund policy
Kiki and Clove will accept returns or exchanges of unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unscented, or defective merchandise purchased online for a store credit (Kiki and Clove Gift Card) within 15 days from the date your order shipped. We do not issue monetary refunds.
Items must have original tags on them!

EXCHANGES
Kiki and Clove will gladly accept exchanges 15 days from purchase. If you need an exchange please message us at your earliest convenience. We are not responsible if an item is out of stock. We will do our best to let you know if an item will come back in stock in your size. Please contact us at contact@kikiandclove.com to help process your change request.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the item you receive is defective, please contact us immediately upon arrival. You will have 3 DAYS to inform us about this. After the 3 DAYS we are no longer responsible/qualify for a return or replacement. All items from Kiki and Clove are inspected to the fullest and made sure we are not selling damaged pieces. We are not responsible for damaged goods that are mishandled or incorrect sizing.
We state that coloring may be off from different viewing devices. We will always try our best to show the exact coloring. Patterns may vary on clothing from different placement of cuts. This will not be defective and if buyer attempts to return to warehouse they will need to pay for shipping back.
GIFTED ITEMS
To return a gift, please contact customer service and we will provide you with further instructions on how to process. Once we receive the return we will provide you with a Kiki and Clove e-gift card to use on our website.
PROCESSING RETURNS
- Start by emailing Contact@kikiandclove.com and we will send you a return form to fill out. Please include this in your shipment.
- Returns of any kind will be charged $6.00 for any number of items of returned. We will deduct this amount from your store credit (E-Gift Card).
- Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase amount and send you the Kiki and Clove e-gift card to your order’s email.
- Please allow 14 business days for return to be processed.
